Malaysia’s First Engineering Knowledge Hub Organised Charity Webinar To Support Food Relief Project

eeSentral.com joined forces with Food Aid Foundation, with the objective to raise funds for the organisation’s ongoing initiative, the “Food Relief Project”. The collaboration was focused on a charity webinar organised by eeSentral.com, titled “Knowledge For Aid – We Are Together”, with intentions to provide aid to those severely impacted from the financial repercussions amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

During an interview with the eeSentral team, Mohammad Iskandar Majidi, Partner Director of eeSentral.com remarked, We are focusing on utilising our ongoing knowledge-sharing efforts, to address urgent pressing issues happening within our community. Now more than ever, people are desperate and just need food on the table.

The eeSentral team had managed to round up a panel of renowned industry experts who had generously provided various professional educational content related to engineering and industrial knowledge. These training topics touch on developing skills to effectively facilitate and better understand Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency best practices. In the same, Dr. VTR Dharamarajah, Partner Director and Chief of Learning Programmes of eeSentral.com had also stated, We are thankful to the 15 renowned industrial specialists and trainers who had graciously onboarded this programme, providing 15 substantially knowledgeable topics for all to learn from.

The charity webinar took place on Wednesday, 4th of August, to Friday, 6th of August 2021, from 9:00am through 6:00pm daily. Over 65 dedicated participants had tuned in throughout the 3-day knowledge-filled fete, with the purpose to develop their industrial knowledge and professional skillset, while ultimately, supporting a public-spirited cause. To top it all off, the final day of the charity webinar was even open to the public, and welcomed all individuals and enthusiasts, in spirit of true knowledge sharing. Proceeds collected via the sales of tickets amounted to a total of RM4,700.00, of which was donated to the Food Aid Foundation organisation, following the closing ceremony of the event.
